Based in Watford
The Daily Rental Co-ordinator will coordinate the running and operation of the product and service ensuring that it is run smoothly and efficiently. This crucial role encompasses a variety of key rental vehicle administration tasks to ensure the continuation of the vehicle fleet process, thus providing a high level of driver and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll need:
- Experience of working with suppliers to assist with vehicle related issues when required.
- Ensuring all rental vehicles are accurately managed to contractual requirements including insurance provision.
- Build and manage relationships with internal/external customers and suppliers. Leverage these relationships to ensure an optimised level of service delivery and cost reduction.
- Ability to investigate issues and resolve supplier rental, repair, fines and invoicing queries.
- Support in Vehicle Operations driver related calls.
- Be the primary operational point of contact for Rental provision to our customers for communications and resolving queries.
- Initial point of contact for service issues and supplier delivery failure.
- Dealing with escalated matters including operational items such as accidents, damage, service, maintenance and repairs (SMR) and fines.
And any experience of these would be really useful:
- Experience of interactions with Daily Rental drivers, placing rental bookings and managing the rental length including off hire of bookings as required.
- An understanding and be able to contact drivers to offer advice, confirm agreements and where necessary discuss queries and issues with vehicle returns.
- Responsible for contributing to the delivery & achievement of all KPI’s for operational requirements.
- Experience of running an efficient operational running of Rental and the provision of RV’s (replacement vehicles) to the Maintenance team, including the review and progress update of driver cases.
- Have an understanding and be responsible for the daily delivery of Finance processes for Rental including Sales Invoices & Supplier Invoices, collection and audit of payments where required.
- Supplier management of service providers to confirm consistent levels of customer service are received by Tusker.
