Working Hours & Pattern: Full‑time, hybrid – attend office 60% of the time (at least 3 days a week). During training the first 5 days are in‑office.
Job Summary: Responsible for cancelling and retaining vehicle orders where possible, handling cancellation requests, reporting, improving processes, and building relationships with dealerships and manufacturers.
Responsibilities:
- Process cancellation and retention of vehicle orders.
- Handle cancellation requests and communicate with drivers via email/phone.
- Provide reporting and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealerships and manufacturers.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Purchasing and Finance teams to ensure correct cancellation procedures.
- Maintain process maps and update on new vehicle market knowledge.
- Assist supervisor with ad‑hoc projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Warm, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality.
- Strong telephone manner with consultative approach.
- Experience with inbound and outbound calls, managing objections and reclaiming cancellations.
- Proactive planning, problem solving and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage reorders.
- Attention to detail with a flexible approach.
- Experience with lease platforms (e.g., Leaselink) and Microsoft applications.
- Knowledge of lease or contract hire products (SS4C) is an advantage.
