Hours & Work Pattern
Full time, hybrid - at least three days a week at the Watford office. New starters are required in the office five days a week during training.
Responsibilities
- Proactively oversee email communications, allocate leads to Employee Engagement Team Executives (EET Execs), and provide timely responses to customer inquiries and login issues.
- Upload and maintain starter and leaver data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality throughout the process.
- Respond directly to employees via phone and email, delivering excellent service and support (a small number of calls may be required during busier times).
- Support the Employee Engagement Supervisor in ad hoc projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and process improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with various partners, including customers, drivers, colleagues, suppliers, and partner organisations to facilitate smooth operations.
- Provide training support in processing urgent cancellation requests during the absence of cancellation executives and, when necessary, join the phone queue to take urgent overflow calls.
- Actively liaise with employers to support them post launch, creating a link between the EET Team and 1st contact teams and offering support and advice surrounding login and eligibility processes.
- Log IT tickets on behalf of the EET Team to support employees experiencing difficulty throughout the driver journey or with the login process.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of salary sacrifice products preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service and telephone communication.
- Collaborative team player with proactive planning, problem solving, and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to thrive in high pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach.
- Warm, enthusiastic demeanour with self motivation.
- Keen interest in vehicle specifications (required to answer enquiries).
