The predicted salary is between 31380 - 34000 £ per year.
Location & Salary: Watford – £31,380 to £34,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Full‑time, hybrid – at least two days per week in the Watford office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage own ledger of customer accounts and own aged debt to minimise risk and maximise cash flow.
- Collect and allocate customer receipts in line with agreed terms.
- Work with customers and internal departments to resolve issues to agreed SLA’s.
- Deliver invoices and statements.
- Reconcile accounts to understand debt position.
- Process debit and credit notes as required.
- Use customer spend management portals such as Coupa to secure payments and upload invoice data.
- Process customer direct debit payments on a monthly basis.
- Perform any ad‑hoc duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, V‑LOOKUP).
- Strong attention to detail and patience for repetitive tasks.
- Ability to prioritise own workload and multitask effectively.
- Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is an advantage.
- Experience with Coupa or similar spend management portals is preferred.
