The predicted salary is between 31380 - 34000 £ per year.

Location & Salary: Watford – £31,380 to £34,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Full‑time, hybrid – at least two days per week in the Watford office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage own ledger of customer accounts and own aged debt to minimise risk and maximise cash flow.
  • Collect and allocate customer receipts in line with agreed terms.
  • Work with customers and internal departments to resolve issues to agreed SLA’s.
  • Deliver invoices and statements.
  • Reconcile accounts to understand debt position.
  • Process debit and credit notes as required.
  • Use customer spend management portals such as Coupa to secure payments and upload invoice data.
  • Process customer direct debit payments on a monthly basis.
  • Perform any ad‑hoc duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, V‑LOOKUP).
  • Strong attention to detail and patience for repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and multitask effectively.
  • Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is an advantage.
  • Experience with Coupa or similar spend management portals is preferred.
