**Who we're looking for** We’re looking for someone to help bring our digital experiences to life. You’ll do this by communicating visually and engaging with customers through storytelling. We’re looking for someone in the early stages of their career, with around four years of experience, who can demonstrate their skills through a strong portfolio.
**About the Role** We’re looking for a Visual Designer to work within our Experience Design team of designers, researchers and strategists. You’ll help identify and solve real customer problems and ensure that we put humans needs at the heart of every problem we solve.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Create engaging digital experiences
- Apply your creative thinking to solve complex problems and make them seem simple
- Make seemingly mundane things interesting and exciting
- Create engaging digital experiences, design interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Experience working with and contribute to our digital design system
- Design and layout pages and User Interfaces, skilfully and creatively using components from a central design system to figure out the right balance of content and UI (User Interface) elements on screen.
- Bring your designs and presentations to life with prototyping software (Figma is our main tool, experience is required) as well Adobe Creative suite and Microsoft tools like Powerpoint, Excel, Acrobat.
