Location: Chester or Manchester. Hours: Full‑time. Working pattern: Hybrid – at least two days per week at an office hub.

We require 3+ years of experience delivering analytics or AI solutions into production using modern cloud, data and AI platforms, and experience in acquisition, pricing or portfolio management solutions within credit cards or wider financial services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead delivery across data and AI transformation initiatives, ensuring end‑to‑end ownership and measurable business outcomes.
  • Coordinate with business, data and technology teams to align delivery, secure necessary tooling and platform capabilities.
  • Drive migration to cloud‑based data platforms and transform data access and scaling.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies and define success metrics.
  • Provide clear communication and strategic insight to senior stakeholders.
