About this opportunity

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will lead a dedicated team supporting the Intermediary Wealth business, using data, insight and partnerships to shape strategic decisions and drive commercial success. You will partner with senior leaders and executives, providing trusted advice, challenging thinking, and translating ambition into results.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the Intermediary Wealth business‑partnering team.
  • Develop financial forecasts.
  • Collaborate across platforms to ensure accountability and interlock.
  • Assess operating model and unit costs.
  • Communicate financial and key management results.
  • Drive commercial value from key projects and partnerships.
  • Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities.
  • Continue development of business cases and track benefits.

What we’re looking for

  • Fully qualified accountant or actuary.
  • 5+ years driving commercial results from deep financial experience.
  • 5+ years business‑partnering capability and constructive engagement with stakeholders.
  • 5+ years leadership experience in a small team environment.
  • Proven ability to engage in constructive challenge with the Business.
  • Proven expertise in data analytics, visualisation and storytelling.
  • Capacity to build insightful management information (MI) that feeds into digital operations and inspires action.
