  • What you’ll be doing
  • As a Senior Client Delivery Administrator you’ll provide exceptional service to our clients based in the Isle of Man.
  • You will be responsible for managing a variety of client instructions, ensuring compliance with procedures and processes.
  • You will work closely with colleagues working in our Branch and Telephone Banking Centres to ensure our clients receive an excellent service with every interaction.
  • This role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to client services.
  • Work as part of a team to manage customer activities from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Support customer-facing colleagues by providing accurate information and assistance to help deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Produce and review customer correspondence, including letters and account-related communications.
  • Review accounts and case information to ensure the correct actions have been taken in line with Group policies and guidelines.
  • Use your judgement to identify when further action may be required to support fair customer outcomes.
  • Work closely with colleagues and supporting departments, sharing information and insights to enable informed decision-making.
