This is an outstanding opportunity at Lloyds Banking Group for a Senior Analyst within the Trade Services Guarantees product. As a Guarantees Senior Analyst for Trade Services, you will make a meaningful impact and grow whilst supporting and servicing Lloyds Trade customers delivering outstanding customer service that meets the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

Key accountabilities:

  • Delivery of excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment - serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal colleagues, providing timely updates on transactions, and offering technical support to clients.
  • Review and process a variety of demanding processes and technical tasks with precision and good judgment, while ensuring adherence to all group-specific policies and procedures.
  • Perform detailed checks on complex technical transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding and application of Anti Money Laundering procedures relevant to trade services.

What you’ll need:

  • An in-depth knowledge of trade products, specifically Guarantees including knowledge of at least one of the following - Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits v 600, Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees v 758, International Standby Practices (ISP98) or International Standard Banking Practice (ICC Publication 745).
  • Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail.
  • To demonstrate sound judgement.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
