Join Our Team at the Physical Security Operations Centre (PSOC), we provide 24/7 support to colleagues across Lloyds Banking Group, helping to keep our people, premises and customers safe.
As a Security Operator, you'll play a key role in monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, providing advice and guidance, and supporting the delivery of a safe and secure environment.
- What you’ll be doing
- Monitoring alarms and responding to security incidents.
- Providing security advice and guidance to colleagues.
- Managing access control requests and supporting security processes.
- Remotely diagnosing and resolving faults on security equipment.
- Coordinating support from suppliers and engineers where required.
- Liaising with colleagues, suppliers and emergency services during incidents.
- Producing and supporting management information and reporting activities.
- Identifying trends and insights from operational data to help improve service performance.
- Supporting quality assurance activities and maintaining operational procedures.
- Reviewing and updating playbooks and operational documentation.
- Contributing to change initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

- Previous experience in a security, operations, control room or incident response environment.
