Help shape the future of responsible AI as a Risk Manager within our Model Risk team. You'll validate AI models, assess risks such as bias and robustness, and support governance activities across Insurance, Pensions & Investments.
We're looking for a Risk Manager with an interest in AI to support independent oversight of AI models, including machine learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI, across Insurance Pensions & Investment. You'll assess lifecycle risks, support development of safe AI, and contribute to processes that test whether systems remain trustworthy and reliable.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Deliver independent validation and testing for AI models.
- Assess risks including bias, robustness and hallucination.
- Support the AI Assurance Framework and governance forums.
- Work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
- Actively contribute to the upskilling and professional development of team members.
