Job Title: Relationship Manager – Healthcare
Location: Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh or Newcastle
Salary: Competitive package available
Hours: Full Time
Working Pattern: Hybrid - currently involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at your office location.

Would you like to work within Commercial Banking Coverage and help Healthcare businesses of all types and sizes to prosper by offering the funding, support and reassurance they need to grow? An opportunity exists for a Relationship Manager to join our Healthcare Direct Relationship Management team. You will have a national portfolio of approximately 140 Healthcare clients across a range of healthcare sectors where turnover is circa £3m or less. As we are a Direct channel, our client meetings are conducted via Microsoft Teams, therefore it is not a requirement to travel to see clients, but opportunities may arise for attendance at professional meetings or events. What will you be doing?
- Providing excellent service to our clients, putting them at the heart of what you do, adding value at every interaction and becoming a "trusted advisor".
- Working closely with the Healthcare Intermediaries team to support a high volume of broker-led lending opportunities, liaising with professional advisers and managing deals through to completion alongside delivery of individual Benchmarks.
- Providing a range of funding solutions to our clients from our Term Lending and Working Capital product range tailoring them to Client needs.
- Building relationships with Group Partner companies and through them bring the whole bank to the client delivering products to meet their needs.
- Handling the risk and compliance of your client portfolio.
- Active engagement in Sector knowledge and developing your own capability.
