What you’ll be doing: Build strong and trusted relationships with leaders in the Group COO Executive team and act as their People Partner (HRBP). Develop the business area people strategy in line with the Group People Plan and the Group COO Culture plan. Grow capability within the business area to ensure colleagues have the skills of the future. Support the leadership teams to land and embed People initiatives, products, and policy changes. Support the creation of an operating model that increases pace and reduces friction. Provide support and coaching to leaders and managers. What we need from you: Excellent relationship management, influencing and coaching skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to see the bigger picture. Innovative and good at problem-solving. Collaborative team member. Ability to interrogate and analyse multiple data sources. Organisational and industry awareness. Expertise in core HR disciplines, ideally within a Technology domain.
