What you’ll be doing:

In this role you’ll:

  • Use your procedural, product and specialist knowledge to provide technical support and expertise to clients.
  • Take ownership of queries and issues, working through to a resolution.
  • Apply logical thinking and problem-solving skills, when working under pressure.
  • Manage expectations and build positive relationships with both internal and external clients.
  • Prioritise your workload effectively.
  • Work to strict deadlines and agreed service standards.
