HOURS: Full-time – 35 hours per week
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our offices stated above.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Inspire and guide engineering teams, empowering them to design, build, test, and deploy modular, cloud-native applications and APIs.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Product Owners, Architects, Quality Engineers, and executive stakeholders to align technical delivery with strategic goals.
- Drive architectural decisions and technical governance, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Integrate seamlessly with internal systems and third-party APIs, delivering smooth and intuitive user experiences.
- Shape engineering strategy and innovation, influencing the future direction of our platforms, practices, and ways of working.

- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and grow engineering teams, shape technical strategy, and influence cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven hands-on experience with Java, including designing and implementing RESTful APIs that support scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures.
- Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot and Node.js is beneficial.
- Strong proficiency in frameworks and libraries such as React, Next.js, Redux, Vue.js, or Angular is highly desirable.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Harness.
- Familiarity with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration.
- Exposure to cloud platforms — Google Cloud Platform (GCP) preferred, but AWS or Azure experience is also welcome.
- Experience with automated testing tools like Jest, Cypress, or Pact.
