Hours: Full‑time

Working Pattern: Hybrid, at least two days per week at one of our office sites.

About the Role

The role supports the planning and delivery of high‑quality ATL and full‑funnel campaigns that drive awareness and commercial impact. It works with product marketing, growth teams and agencies, leading briefs, aligning resources, ensuring campaigns are well‑timed, using data, media expertise and target analysis to optimise effectiveness, and is responsible for agency briefing, budgets and on‑time delivery through strong collaboration. The role also supports Campaigns & Social Accelerator activity, including brief management, resource and budget oversight, and agency collaboration. It helps deliver brand and commercial success alongside full‑funnel teams and provides additional capacity within the team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support in the planning of ATL marketing campaigns to drive consideration through to awareness metrics and commercial impact via best‑in‑class execution.
  • Effectively liaise with full‑funnel product marketing teams, understanding each area’s short‑ and long‑term objectives and their role in delivering against the brand strategy.
  • Prioritise new marketing briefs, working collaboratively with internal teams and external agency partners to align resources for campaign delivery.
  • Understand the moments that matter for customers and help in scheduling and deploying campaigns to move customer intent through to prime metrics.
  • Analyse core marketing benchmarks and understand content marketing engagement data to integrate findings into future campaign planning.
  • Innovate marketing strategies, using data, fast iteration, and a laser focus on user needs and jobs to be done.
  • Work with the Growth Marketing Accelerator team to optimally plan full‑funnel coordinated campaign plans to deliver commercial success.
  • Deliver high‑quality agency briefs to agency partners and ensure successful, compliant delivery of campaigns to budget and time.
  • Demonstrate a culture of stellar collaboration, communication and focus to enable pace of change and transformation.
  • Manage team budgets.

  • Brand and/or product marketing experience for leading consumer brands, including planning and leading high‑value budgets for efficient media and production plans.
  • A strong technical understanding of a broad range of marketing channels and the media landscape.
  • Stakeholder management experience influencing and working with senior leaders in organisations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and confident presentation skills.
  • Experience in interpreting and assimilating data effectively to drive plans and improve overall performance.
  • A strong focus on detail and ensuring consistency.
  • The ability to work cohesively with colleagues from various fields to drive impact, being collaborative and driven.
