Job Description Summary:

We are the newly formed Hive Lab, an integral part of the amazing Colleague Channels Platform. What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning a single product to oversee the release of incremental value, with the primary aim of delivering value to customers and stakeholders by ensuring the team focuses on the right priorities.
  • Provide input into overall Product vision and Product roadmap.
  • Prioritise, refine and manage Team Product backlog.
  • Accountable for Product change governance and Business Readiness activities (e.g., training and comms, testing and readiness for implementation) for your respective features, journeys or technology components.

What you’ll need:

  • A strong grounding in Product Management and Agile Methodology.
  • Ability to create a clear product strategy using both internal and external insight and clear data points.
  • Experience managing product backlogs.
  • Direct experience in delivering AI solutions or be able to demonstrate your ability to innovate and embrace emerging technologies at pace.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach.
