What youâll be doing:
This is an exciting opportunity to represent the Scottish Widows Platform, working closely with advisers as they onboard and embed the platform into their wider business proposition. The platform is an advised intermediary investment solution designed to simplify and strengthen advisersâ investment processes across ISAs, GIAs and pensions, enabling efficient portfolio management with strong governance, automation and operational oversight built in.
Youâll work in close partnership with Business Development Managers and Business Development Account Managers, operating as a trusted peer and platform specialist rather than a traditional support function. Acting as an advocate for the platform, youâll bring its capabilities into adviser conversations, reinforce agreed commercial strategies, and help turn sales activity into confident, longâterm platform adoption.
Taking endâtoâend ownership of adviser onboarding within your panel, youâll proactively drive engagement, momentum and outcomes. Youâll build strong adviser relationships, identify and resolve risks or blockers early, and ensure the platform is adopted, used effectively and sustained as a core part of advisersâ propositions. Alongside this, youâll share adviser insight and feedback with Sales and internal teams to support growth, retention and continuous improvement.
Weâre transforming at pace. Investing billions in our people, data and tech to change the way we meet the needs of our 28 million customers. Weâre growing, and weâd love you to be part of the journey.
- 2+ years experience working directly with Financial Advisers in a commercial, clientâfacing or salesâadjacent role, with clear accountability for outcomes
- Proven relationship management capability, ideally in a fieldâbased or externally facing role, demonstrating proficiencies to influence and engage advisers through credibility, expertise and strong communication
- Strong commercial awareness, with experience aligning platform value to adviser business needs and identifying growth opportunities
- Experience partnering with sales teams, with an understanding of sales cycles, pipeline management and adviser decisionâmaking
- Retail investment platform experience, with the ability to operate at pace in complex, timeâpressured environments while maintaining accuracy and control
- A proactive, selfâstarting approach with strong personal ownership and excellent communication skills
- A full UK driving licence (required due to regional travel requirements)
And any experience of these would be great:
- Diploma in Financial Services, or a willingness to work towards it.
