About this Opportunity:

Are you ready to play a hands-on role in strengthening how a critical business unit prepares for, responds to, and recovers from disruption? If so, the Business Continuity & Response Manager role within GCOO Resilience Enablement offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact on customer, colleague, and operational outcomes. Sitting within GCOO Business Resilience Office (BRO), this role supports the delivery of the GCOO operational resilience framework, with a primary focus on business continuity and incident response capability. You will work closely with business areas, resilience specialists, and Group Incident Management to ensure resilience activities are embedded, maintained, and effective. This is a delivery-focused role operating in a fast-paced, regulated environment, requiring strong organisation, collaboration, and calm execution - particularly during incidents.

  • Deliver and maintain Business Continuity and incident response capability across GCOO, ensuring plans, people and processes are ready for disruption.
  • Maintain high-quality Business Continuity Plans, Business Impact Assessments and Important Business Services activity, working closely with business stakeholders.
