Acting as a key point of expertise, you’ll take ownership of project-related incidents and play a critical role in safeguarding our services while enabling innovation. This is your chance to influence the future of banking technology and make a real impact in a fast-evolving environment.

What you’ll do:

What you’ll need:

  • You’ll be accountable for managing firewall change across our estate, ideally a networking/firewall SME with experience of scoping and troubleshooting firewall changes on Check Point & Fortinet. Additionally, you’ll understand networking, firewalls, security principles and design concepts.
  • You’ll have experience working to develop long term goals and will act as a key point of contact for resources in the team for their project activity. This may involve identifying, collating, and understanding detailed information on project scope, feasibility, technical accuracy and compliance.

It would be great if you also had:

  • Whilst not essential to have previously worked in Financial Services, having knowledge of regulated environments.
  • An understanding of automation tools (Python, Power Automate, Robot Framework, Ansible, Terraform) would be favourable.

About working for us: Our ambition is to be the leading UK business for diversity, equity and inclusion supporting our customers, colleagues and communities and we’re committed to creating an environment in which everyone can thrive, learn and develop.
