  • Commercial, Regulatory & ESG Stewardship: Support delivery of business plans and sustainable growth, whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and helping clients progress their ESG and Net Zero ambitions.

Why Join Us: We’re transforming at pace. Investing billions in our people, data and tech to change the way we meet the needs of our 28 million customers. We’re growing, and we’d love you to be part of the journey.

  • Senior-Level Client Relationship Skills: Significant experience (typically gained over 10+ years) managing and growing senior client relationships, with the ability to influence at C-Suite level across FTSE-listed and large privately owned businesses. Established network and a strong track record of originating and growing business opportunities.
  • Leadership in Financial Services: Experience within Corporate and Institutional Banking or a comparable financial services environment, including leadership of people and teams.
  • Strategic, Credit & Structuring Expertise: Strong credit assessment and debt structuring experience, with the ability to develop commercially attractive solutions that balance risk, return and client outcomes.
