What you'll be doing...

We're looking for a Delivery Manager to join Curve's Strategic Operations team, leading the delivery of complex, cross-organisational initiatives that span multiple teams and third-party partners. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring business and technology teams remain aligned, driving delivery excellence across Product, Engineering and Operations. Working within a fast-paced environment, you'll challenge priorities where needed, manage risks and dependencies, and help teams balance speed, quality, scalability and customer impact. You'll champion effective delivery practices, support continuous improvement and ensure initiatives are delivered in a way that enables Curve to continue building innovative financial products that customers love.

What we're looking for?

  • Strong Project Management and Delivery Management experience across complex, multi-faceted programmes and workstreams within financial services or banking.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery across business, product and engineering teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Experience delivering complex initiatives involving multiple teams and third-party partners.
  • Developed understanding of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Experience applying delivery frameworks consistently while adapting approaches to suit business needs.
  • Strong knowledge of project governance, reporting, risk management and dependency management.
  • Ability to challenge priorities constructively and balance competing business and technology demands.
  • Experience driving delivery quality, scalability and reliability across technology initiatives.
  • Passion for working within fast-paced technology environments and modern engineering practices.
