What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead portfolio management within the Portfolio and Financing Management team, monitoring performance weekly, monthly and quarterly.
  • Maintain and improve data quality of individual deal data in third‑party systems.
  • Prepare management and regulatory reporting, including fee income allocation and governance information.
  • Analyse portfolio metrics against external and internal benchmarks and macro‑economic factors.
  • Collaborate with Credit, Finance, Governance, Internal Audit and Operations to ensure robust credit controls.
  • Partner with SPG Origination teams to support transaction outcomes from origination to paydown.
  • Document and improve processes to align with published frameworks.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in securitisation (origination, surveillance or management), a rating agency or bank credit function.
  • In‑depth knowledge of securitisation structures, legal documentation, performance triggers, due diligence and asset‑based lending.
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to dissect asset pools and evaluate portfolio performance over time.
  • Excellent data management – proficiency in Excel (large data sets) and experience with regulatory reporting tools.
  • Digital literacy: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and related presentation tools.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work across cross‑functional teams.
  • Organised, can prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
