You’ll begin your journey in one of our branches, providing face‑to‑face support to our customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide face‑to‑face support to customers.
  • Answer queries and resolve issues to deliver outstanding service.
  • Engage customers across channels such as phone, social media, web‑chat and remote advice video calls when transitioning into remote roles.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure customers’ needs are met.
  • Maintain customer confidence by acting with care, integrity and empathy.

Qualifications and experience

  • One year of customer service experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Passion for customer care, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
  • Homeworking criteria (for hybrid locations)

If located in one of our hybrid locations, you will need to meet our homeworking criteria, for example, a quiet, private room at home with a stable internet connection.
