Location: Stoke on Trent & Crewe (branches of Lloyds and Halifax).
Hours: 35 hours per week, including Saturdays. Flexible working options available.
Responsibilities
- Provide face‑to‑face support to customers in branch.
- Handle everyday banking tasks while offering reassurance, guidance and practical support.
- Support customers through important moments such as bereavement, fraud concerns, or digital banking challenges.
- Promote and support digital services; help customers use online and mobile banking independently.
- Identify opportunities to connect customers with appropriate products and services.
- Adapt to different customer needs and maintain calm under pressure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months of customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills; honest, genuine, caring about helping people.
- Ability to build relationships quickly and provide a fantastic experience.
- Empathy, integrity, and commitment to deliver on promises.
