Full‑time, branch‑based role, 35 hours per week (including Saturdays). Location: Halifax Romford. The role may require occasional adjustment of hours after discussion. Salary: £29,920, increasing to £30,670 after 6 months. Flexible working options are available.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide face‑to‑face support to customers in Lloyds and Halifax branches, handle everyday banking tasks, and give reassurance and practical help during important moments (e.g., bereavement, fraud concerns, vulnerable customer situations).
  • Promote and support our digital services, help customers use online and mobile banking independently, and recognise opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services.

  • Minimum 12 months of customer service experience.

Career Progression & Development:

After a minimum of 12 months in a customer service role, you will be eligible to progress into specialist areas across the Group, including Digital, Operations, Fraud, Financial Planning, or leadership roles. The Skill Progression Framework supports learning new skills, handling more complex customer needs, and earning valuable accreditations.
