Location: Hastings and Eastbourne, working across our Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance.
Working Hours: 24.5 hours a week, including Saturdays. Flexible hours across the week Monday to Friday but must be able to work Saturdays. Adjustments may occur; we’ll discuss and aim to agree changes in advance.
Salary: £18,340, increasing to £18,865 after 6 months.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing face-to-face support to customers.
- Handling everyday banking tasks while helping people through important moments.
- Supporting customers with bereavement, fraud concerns, and digital banking.
- Promoting and supporting our digital services.
- Recognising opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services.
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
- The ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience.
- Empathy and integrity in resolving queries.
