What you’ll do
You’ll turn data into strategic recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness. You’ll:
- Evaluate the impact of marketing activity across all channels (Digital, Social, CRM, and ATL).
- Lead the development of measurement frameworks and post‑campaign analysis.
- Provide actionable insights to shape future marketing strategies.
- Partner with Consumer Marketing teams and work with analytics, full‑funnel marketing, channel, and media agency teams to ensure ongoing assessment and improvement of marketing performance.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
- Stay informed about emerging marketing trends, tools, and benchmarks to keep strategies innovative and competitive.
- What we’re looking for (Qualifications)
- Proven experience in a marketing performance, analytics, or insights role.
- Clear understanding of marketing metrics, measurement frameworks, attribution models, and marketing mix modelling.
- Experience designing and evaluating tests and experiments, post‑campaign analysis, scenario planning, and optimization of marketing investment.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Excel, and Power BI.
- Strategic, commercial mindset with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity.
