What you’ll be doing:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Individual Customer Savings (ICS) Lab within our Direct to Consumer Customer Investments Platform. You'll shape how customers invest with us, being responsible for the end-to-end execution only Ready-Made Pension, Ready-Made Investment and SIPP journeys across our digital channels and supporting platforms. The D2C Investments Platform brings together business and technology teams to develop simple, engaging and digital-first investment experiences for customers across Lloyds Banking Group and Scottish Widows. As we continue to grow, you'll play a key role in delivering the next phase of our investment proposition. As Lab Product Owner, you'll lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering great customer outcomes while maintaining a resilient and compliant platform. You'll turn strategy into action, balancing customer needs, commercial priorities, regulatory requirements and technology change to deliver meaningful results. Working closely with colleagues across product, technology, operations, risk, sales and marketing, you'll use customer insight and market trends to see opportunities, improve digital journeys and drive product adoption. You'll also help shape future platform capability, embed continuous improvement and ensure the team delivers high-quality outcomes at pace.

What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years experience leading digital products, customer journeys or platforms, with expertise in customer experience (CX), UI/UX design and digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor activity and customer behaviour, with the ability to use data and insight to drive customer outcomes, commercial performance and product growth.
- 5+ years experience delivering large-scale products, programmes or technology change within Agile environments.
- Proven record of leading teams through change and successfully adopting new technologies, tools and ways of working.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, commercial and cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years experience running budgets, resources and delivery priorities, ensuring successful outcomes within cost and capacity constraints.
- Shown ability to lead own dependencies, proactively identify risks and issues, and drive effective resolution across complex delivery environments.
