Job Description:

  • Location(s): Ipswich. Working across our Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance.
  • Hours: 17.5 hours a week, including Saturdays.
  • Working Pattern: Part-time.
  • Salary: £13,100, increasing to £13,475 after 6 months.

About this opportunity:

You'll begin your journey in one of our branches, providing face-to-face support to our customers. You'll learn, grow and develop within an inclusive organisation with genuine values focused on putting people first, making a difference to customers, businesses and communities.

Over time, there will be opportunities to transition into a range of roles such as helping customers over the phone from home, continuing to deliver outstanding service remotely. (We also connect via social media, web-chat and remote advice video calls.)
