We’re now looking for an Investments Technical Solutions Adviser to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of leading key client relationships and delivering tailored investment solutions that meet complex and evolving needs. Collaborate with internal teams, contribute to planning and influence the direction of our investment services with data-driven insights and ongoing improvements.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build and handle relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted adviser.
- Deliver tailored investment solutions that meet client needs and stay in sync with regulatory standards.
- Contributing technical expertise to the design, development, and enhancement of investment propositions
- Analyse data from several sources to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Lead improvements to compliance processes and systems, ensuring alignment with policy.
- Support and mentor colleagues, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Lead and deliver change initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and client outcomes.

What you’ll need:
- Proven experience of working within the UK investment industry with knowledge of policy landscape, and competitor & proposition environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and spot trends
- Experience leading stakeholder relationships in a financial services or investment environment
- A good understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to the UK Pensions and Investments Industry
- Confidence in delivering change initiatives and improving business processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration
