JOB TITLE: Integrator – Risk Platform
HOURS: Full time
LOCATION(S): Halifax or Edinburgh
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office location
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Integrator to join the Risk Foundations Platform. Partnering with the Risk Foundations Product Owners and Engineering Leads, the Integrator will coordinate complex change that requires cross-cutting engagement across multiple Platforms, Business Units, Functions and/or 3rd parties covering both business and technology change.

Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
The Integrator is responsible for coordinating and sequencing integration related tasks in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the Risk Foundation Platform delivers maximum customer and business value. This role includes ownership of short, medium, and long-term delivery plans, as well as managing dependencies across teams. The Integrator will work closely with multiple senior stakeholders to maintain alignment and enable the Platform to deliver efficiently and at pace.
Role Responsibilities
- Works with stakeholders across the Group to ensure that platform wide deliveries, including legal and regulatory requirements, are appropriately prioritised across necessary product backlogs, working with relevant PO’s
- Establishes integration points across Platforms and effectively communicates these integration points to relevant stakeholders
- Works with backlog owners across the Platform to understand progress against delivery timelines
- Collaborates with Platform Leadership and Product Owners Team to plan and prioritise integration related tasks
- Proactively identifies critical risks to delivery and instigates recovery action with appropriate senior stakeholders
- Is a key escalation point to resolve blockers and works with platform leaders to resolve interlock challenges between platforms
- Leads complex implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery

Change Management- Accountable for co-ordinating and driving a significant Platform-wide programme of work, managing complex dependencies and working with teams across the Group to deliver transformation of process, technology and culture. Demonstrates an excellent level of proven experience.
Stakeholder Management- Manages internal and external stakeholder expectations and business sponsorship, quickly establishing credibility and encouraging trust and ongoing collaboration. Anticipates and mitigates conflict and shapes stakeholder views to gain long-term dedication to current and potential future change.
Collaboration- Creates opportunities for cross-business working and breaks down or addresses barriers to wider collaboration. Develops a large network of professional relationships based on trust and respect and encourages people to build the same using empathy and insight.
Change strategy and Planning – Scopes, shapes and builds a plan of action designed to achieve a long-term or overall aim, in support of the Group’s strategy. Uses experience to manage a team to execute the strategy and plan, taking ownership for key decisions and managing internal stakeholders.
