A part‑time branch‑based opportunity working 22 hours per week.
Location(s): Hemel Hempstead and St Albans
Hours: 22 hours a week, including Saturdays
Working pattern: Part‑time
Saliency: £16,468, increasing to £16,940 after 6 months
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing face‑to‑face support to customers in selected branches.
- Handling everyday banking tasks while helping customers through important moments, such as bereavement, fraud concerns or building confidence in digital banking.
- Promoting and supporting our digital services and assisting customers with online and mobile banking independently.
- Recognising opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services.
- Adapting to different customer needs and maintaining calm under pressure.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
- People‑oriented, honest, genuine and caring about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required).
- Ability to build relationships quickly and provide a fantastic customer experience.
- Empathy, integrity and a commitment to deliver on promises and go above and beyond for the customer.
- Cooperative team player, collaborating closely with colleagues to meet customer needs.
