Job Summary
Leading the product management function for the Personalised Experiences and Communications (PEC) platform within the Consumer Relationships business unit. Responsible for defining platform vision, roadmap, and ensuring alignment with the group\’s personalisation strategy. Act as a trusted advisor, build relationships across the group, and oversee the evolution of platform objectives and key results.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and guide platform-level product vision and roadmap.
- Collaborate with lab product owners for product execution.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors; analyze internal analytics.
- Represent the PEC Platform to business units, promoting strategy and capabilities.
- Manage financials and strategic investments.
- Review and prioritize platform development roadmaps.
- Lead cross-divisional sessions and governance for collaboration and communication.
About You
- Experience in product development, defining visions, and delivering roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of technology, personalisation, and business imperatives.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and lead projects within budget and time constraints.
- Proven track record of building senior relationships and influencing stakeholders.
