Responsibilities:

  • Grow and oversee a portfolio of customers, nurturing close working relationships and delivering exemplary service that meets complex banking and lending needs.
  • Support business development by working with existing and new networks to drive growth ambitions.
  • Match customer needs against our products and support customers with our digital offering.
  • Engage with customers to ensure optimal satisfaction and provide superior customer service.
  • Enhance value and profitability through increased relationship depth and reduced customer attrition.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local external partners and professional introducers to identify new business opportunities and drive sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with business partners and risk to support day‑to‑day management.
  • Challenge processes and find new ways of working to create a more efficient, client‑focused team.
  • Develop personal capabilities through formal and informal training, and coach others as required.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of relevant relationship management experience in banking or a related field.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to quickly build relationships.
  • Growth mindset with drive to expand the customer portfolio.
  • Hard‑working, self‑motivated and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills and collaborative approach across Commercial and International Private Bank.
  • Confidence to network externally and work with professional introducers.
