Responsibilities
- Help deliver core Asset Finance targets and maximise business levels and profitability from existing and prospective LBG panel Brokers.
- Build and develop internal relationships with key stakeholders to leverage and grow broker opportunities.
- Contribute and assist the Asset Finance business in delivering its strategy alongside LBG in the market.
- Manage a panel of Asset Finance brokers to ensure an efficient service which meets both broker and client needs and deliver on our business targets.
- Engage in strategic activities to develop and grow broker opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of Relationship Management experience.
- Credit/analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Self‑management/organisation.
- Procedural, product or specialist knowledge – banking or asset finance experience.
