Overview: Fleet Opportunity Advisor – full‑time permanent role based in Manchester. Salary: £30,201 – £31,790. Hours: 35 hours per week. Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of business clients, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Deliver consultative sales solutions that align with client needs and Lex Autolease’s strategic offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for customers.
- Stay ahead of market trends, including EV adoption, sustainability targets and regulatory changes.
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑first attitude.
Qualifications:
- Telephony experience.
- Account development – growing existing relationships into larger opportunities.
- Data‑driven insights – using customer data to personalise and improve engagement.
- Account management – building long‑term relationships with fleet clients across multiple sites or departments.
- Consultative selling – advising clients on fleet solutions tailored to their operational needs.
- Retention & loyalty building – proactively managing renewals, upgrades and service satisfaction.
