- Position Details
- Job Title: FI Associate Relationship Manager
- Location: Guernsey
- Hours: Full‑time, 35 hours per week
- Working Pattern: Hybrid – at least two days per week or 40% of time in the office
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Support a growing portfolio of clients with daily banking activities, including deposits, new accounts and cash management.
- Work alongside Associate Relationship Managers, Relationship Managers and Directors, supporting client meetings, research and follow‑up actions.
- Help progress new account enquiries and collaborate with the account opening team.
- Partner with fellow ARMs to ensure smooth day‑to‑day running of the FI desk and deliver excellent client service.
- Follow compliance procedures and identify & address any potential non‑compliance issues.
- Continuously develop skills through training and development opportunities.

- What We’re Looking For
- Financial services, banking or client support experience, ideally with exposure to deposits, account opening or cash management.
- Good understanding of financial services products and markets, with the ability to learn quickly and apply to client needs.
- Strong client focus, confidence supporting relationships and delivering timely, high‑quality outcomes.
- Proactive problem‑solving, identifying and owning opportunities to improve processes, reduce risk and enhance client experience.
- Excellent organisation and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and support a busy Relationship Management team.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including confidence engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working with regulated trust and corporate service providers, wealth managers, private family offices, captives or life companies (preferred).
- Knowledge of account opening, onboarding, deposits or cash management processes (preferred).
- Previous experience supporting Relationship Managers, Relationship Directors or a client‑facing team (preferred).
- Interest in building a career in Relationship Management within Financial Intermediaries (preferred).
