What you'll be doing:

  • Work across multiple events and business areas, maintaining quality and attention to detail in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
  • Use time‑management and project coordination skills to prioritise competing demands and keep multiple workstreams on track.
  • Take ownership of key event elements, working independently where needed and with direction from the Events Managers, while collaborating closely with the wider team.
  • Manage event budgets and suppliers, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed costs and expectations.
  • Maintain high attention to detail, ensuring polished, professional experiences.

About you

We look for candidates with the following essential skills:

  • Experience delivering corporate or commercial events (typically 4+ years), with exposure to events of varying scale.
  • Experience within financial or professional services and/or high‑profile events, especially in B2B sectors (beneficial but not essential).
  • Confident communicator, comfortable building relationships internally and externally.
  • Experience engaging senior partners, including C‑suite audiences, advantageous.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Creative, with experience contributing ideas to event design, content or overall guest experience in a commercial or corporate setting.
  • A self‑starter, proactive and solutions‑focused, able to anticipate challenges and respond quickly to keep delivery on track.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with experience managing deliverables and budgets independently and using initiative to drive outcomes.

Benefits
