Overview Job title: Senior Manager, Confirmations support governance and accountability for critical Markets Settlements processes to maintain a robust control environment and strong customer outcomes.

Operational incident management: contribute to the management of incidents and service recovery to minimise customer and business impact.

Automation, Controls partner with technology teams to deliver system enhancements that improve efficiency, strengthen controls and reduce risk.

Strategic change delivery: collaborate with stakeholders to implement strategic change initiatives (e. g., international operating model developments, platform migrations, broader Markets transformation programmes) and provide operational leadership for business change activity.

Leadership and people development: lead and develop high-performing teams, foster an inclusive environment, coach colleagues to maximise performance, and manage workforce planning to meet current and future needs.

What You'll Bring Extensive experience leading Markets Operations, Treasury Operations or Capital Markets Operations teams within a regulated financial services environment (5+ years).

Deep expertise in operational controls, settlements, confirmations or post-trade processes, with strong understanding of operational risk, governance and control frameworks (5+ years).

Proven track record delivering automation, process improvement and transformation initiatives within complex financial services organisations (5+ years).

Knowledge of Global Markets products and supporting operational processes.

Ability to build trusted relationships, influence decision-making and engage effectively with senior leaders across Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk and Change functions.

Experience developing high-performing teams and leading colleagues through change; broad knowledge of the Global Markets and Treasury operating environment, including regulatory and market developments.

Interest in innovation and emerging technologies, including AI and automation.

Inclusive mindset and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion; willingness to consider transferable experience from different backgrounds.
