End DateTuesday 22 September 2026Salary Range£28,776 - £30,290We support flexible working – click here for more information on flexible working optionsFlexible Working OptionsHybrid Working, Job ShareJob Description SummaryThis is a full time, permanent role based in the Isle of Man.Please note this role is only available for colleagues residing in, or to those who hold right to work permits for the Isle of Man.Job DescriptionJOB TITLE: Senior Client Delivery Administrator – Isle of ManSALARY: £28,776LOCATION(S): Isle of ManHOURS : Full-time, Permanent (35 hours)WORKING PATTERN : Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time in the office.Colleagues with disabilities can be supported with workplace adjustments including hybrid working expectations in line with our Flexibility Works policy.What you’ll be doing:As a Senior Client Delivery Administrator you’ll provide exceptional service to our clients based in the Isle of Man.You will be responsible for managing a variety of client instructions, ensuring compliance with procedures and processes.You will work closely with colleagues working in our Branch and Telephone Banking Centres to ensure our clients receive an excellent service with every interaction.This role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to client services.In this role you’ll:Work as part of a team to manage customer activities from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a seamless customer experienceSupport customer-facing colleagues by providing accurate information and assistance to help deliver outstanding customer serviceProduce and review customer correspondence, including letters and account-related communicationsReview accounts and case information to ensure the correct actions have been taken in line with Group policies and guidelinesUse your judgement to identify when further action may be required to support fair customer outcomesWork closely with colleagues and supporting departments, sharing information and insights to enable informed decision-making.Why join us?We’re on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we’re shaping finance for good.
