Position: Digital Content Creator
Location: Manchester
Reports to: Head of Property Marketing
Working pattern: Hybrid, with 1-2 days per week in the office and the remainder split between being on-site at our developments to capture content and home working. Driving licence required. An EV company vehicle will be provided and charger installation paid for; therefore the hire must be able to have a home EV charger installed at their home address.

We’re looking for a Digital Content Creator to bring our brand and developments to life through engaging, social‑first content. This is a hands‑on role focused on capturing content across our build‑to‑rent (BTR) & shared ownership developments, supporting launches, lease‑up, re‑lets and sales activity. With a focus on building awareness, engagement and a strong social presence, you’ll play a key role in how customers discover and experience Lloyds Living.
Key Responsibilities
- Content creation & social media: Create high‑quality, social‑first video and imagery content showcasing our homes, developments, communities and brand.
- Travel regularly to developments across the UK to capture on‑site, real‑time content.
- Capture homes, amenities, local neighbourhoods and customer lifestyle moments.
- Produce and edit short‑form video optimised for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok & YouTube Shorts, delivering platform‑ready formats.
- Ensure all content is on brand, high quality and aligned to Lloyds Living’s marketing strategy and guidelines.
- Work closely with our external social media agency on content planning.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of content to support always‑on activity and lease‑up & sales campaigns.
- Contribute ideas and creative input to our social media strategy and content calendars.
- Write captions and short‑form copy for social content.
Development launches & campaign support:
- Capture and create content to build early awareness in new locations ahead of development launches.
- Capture and create content for launches, lease‑up, re‑lets and sales activity.
- Capture content at events across our developments, including launches, open days and customer events.
- Bring our schemes to life by showcasing the lifestyle within our communities.
- Highlight local neighbourhoods, amenities and the lived experience around our developments.
- Support campaign delivery across organic and paid social.
Brand content:
- Create content that increases Lloyds Living’s brand awareness on social media.
- Develop storytelling‑led content including customer stories, team content and behind the scenes moments.
- Support the execution of brand campaigns through social‑first content.
- Identify and respond to relevant trends and formats aligned with the Lloyds Living brand.
- Help shape a distinctive and consistent social presence.
Collaboration & content management:
- Work within the Property & Brand Marketing teams, and alongside our Leasing and Customer teams to align content with priorities.
- Coordinate external creators and agencies where required.
- Maintain an organised, up to date content library.
- Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and deadlines.
Performance & optimisation:
- Work with the agency and Property & Brand Marketing teams to review content performance.
- Use insight to refine output and improve engagement.
- Test and iterate formats, styles and approaches.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in a content creation or social‑first role, ideally within property or similar lifestyle brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video and photography content for social media.
- Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok & YouTube Shorts.
- Strong video editing and content production skills.
- Comfortable travelling regularly and working on location across the UK (a company car will be provided).
- Confident and comfortable being in front of the camera, including delivering voiceovers.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling and detail.
- Understanding of social media trends, formats and platform best practice.
- Ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
