What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Customer Analyst, you’ll be responsible for feeding deep customer behaviour insights into how we design products and services for Lloyds Banking Group customers.
You’ll
- Utilise the Group’s customer data to perform advanced analyses and quantify the impact of changes presented to customers.
- Advocate for data guidelines and educate creative partners on using data in the design process.
- Ensure data-driven insights shape design decisions to deliver user-centric experiences aligned to business objectives.

All Customer Analysts aligned with Experience Design are embedded in a multi-functional squad (product, design, user research).
You’ll shape your own backlog of work, align analyses to core design initiatives, and build strong relationships with customers across design and product to influence design changes.
We collaborate with user researchers, using quantitative research to validate qualitative hypotheses.
Our analysts aim to drive maximum impact beyond delivery of analytics.
- What you’ll need
- Experienced data analyst or data scientist with a minimum of 5 years’ experience and the ability to independently lead analytics within a specific product area.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, actionable customer insights.
- Excellent SQL proficiency.
- Understanding of the Lloyds Banking Group data landscape.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of analytical techniques.
