Part‑time branch‑based role at Lloyds & Halifax in Corby, 28 hours per week including Saturdays.

Location: Corby (within reasonable distance of Lloyds and Halifax branches).

Hours and Pattern: 28 hours per week, part‑time. Hours may be adjusted to meet customer demand; changes will be discussed in advance.

Salary: £20,960 per annum, increasing to £21,560 after six months.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide face‑to‑face support to customers at branch.
  • Handle everyday banking tasks.
  • Offer reassurance, guidance, and practical support for important moments such as bereavement, fraud concerns, vulnerable customers, or digital banking confidence.
  • Promote and support digital services and help customers use online and mobile banking independently.
  • Recognise opportunities to connect customers with appropriate products and services.
  • Develop into other roles across the Group, e.g., phone, online, web chat, video or social media support.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
  • People person: honest, genuine, caring about helping people with finances (no previous financial services experience required).
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and give customers a fantastic experience.
  • Empathy, integrity, calm under pressure, and willingness to resolve queries thoroughly.
  • Commitment to delivering on promises and going above and beyond for customers.
  • Team spirit and collaboration with colleagues to meet customer needs.

Career Progression: After a minimum of 12 months, you can progress within the Group into specialist areas such as Digital, Operations, Fraud, Financial Planning, or leadership roles.
