What you’ll be doing:

As a Strategic Delivery Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of data and AI transformation within Credit Cards, leading delivery across a portfolio of initiatives spanning areas such as acquisition, pricing and portfolio management. You’ll operate in a complex, fast-moving environment where priorities compete and delivery depends on strong coordination — taking ownership end-to-end to ensure ideas move from concept into execution, production and measurable business outcomes. You’ll also play a key role in the ongoing migration to cloud-based data platforms, helping transform how data is accessed, used and scaled across the business.

You’ll work closely with business, data and technology teams to keep delivery aligned and moving at pace, ensuring the right tooling, data access and platform capabilities are in place for analysts and product teams to succeed. You’ll bring clarity and structure to complex delivery challenges, proactively managing risks and dependencies while helping define how success is measured. Alongside this, you’ll engage senior stakeholders with clear, confident updates and strategic insight, giving them the visibility and assurance needed to deliver data and AI outcomes at scale across the Credit Cards business.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years proven experience delivering analytics or AI solutions into production, working with modern cloud, data and AI platforms
  • Experience delivering acquisition, pricing or portfolio management solutions within credit cards or wider financial services
  • Strong track record of owning delivery end-to-end, ensuring outcomes are achieved rather than just monitored
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams while maintaining accountability for delivery outcomes
  • Confidence to raise risks, challenge constructively and support decision-making
  • Clear and effective communication skills, able to simplify complex delivery landscapes

And any experience of this would be useful:

  • Experience working across large, matrixed organisations with complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Exposure to agile delivery frameworks and continuous improvement of ways of working
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across competing priorities
