A part-time branch-based opportunity working 27.5 hours per week.

Location(s): Chelmsford, working across our Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance.

Hours: 27.5 hours a week, including Saturdays.

Working Pattern: Full-time.

Salary: £20,586, increasing to £21,175 after 6 months.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing face-to-face support to customers.
  • Handling everyday banking tasks while helping people through important moments.
  • Offering reassurance, guidance, and practical support.
  • Supporting customers through bereavement, resolving fraud concerns, helping vulnerable customers, or building confidence with digital banking.
  • Adapting to different customer needs and promoting our digital services.
  • Helping customers use online and mobile banking independently.
  • Recognising opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services.

What we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
  • A people person - honest and genuine, caring about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required).
  • The ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience.
  • The passion to put customers first.
