LOCATION(S): Cardiff Roath Park, Cardiff Albany Rd, Cardiff City Centre - working across our Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance.
HOURS: 17.5 hours a week, including Saturdays
WORKING PATTERN: Part-time
SALARY: £12,500 increasing to £13,475 after 6 months in role. We operate a skill progression framework where you can increase your pay by developing new skills and taking on new activities, giving you the opportunity to earn £15,725 for our highest skill level.
About this opportunity: You will begin your journey in one of our branches, providing face-to-face support to our customers. Over time, there will be opportunities to transition into a range of roles such as helping customers over the phone from home, continuing to deliver outstanding service remotely.
