The predicted salary is between 60000 - 75000 £ per year.

Location: London

Hours: Full time with flexible working. At least two days out per week with your network/clients; attend local hub for monthly meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to brokers and clients, keeping their needs central to all interactions.
  • Provide funding solutions, write credit proposals and ensure compliance with conduct risk.
  • Promote the bank to professionals and key influencers in the local area to acquire new switchers for the organisation.
  • Lead digital advocacy and professional social media to profile the bank.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues and partners to deliver comprehensive banking solutions tailored to brokers’ needs.
  • Support and mentor the team, providing guidance to help them achieve their objectives.

Qualifications

  • Existing commercial banking experience with strong credit writing skills in the SME space.
  • Proven track record of delivering term debt products.
  • Results focused – personal responsibility for delivering results and a growth mindset.
  • Expertise in new client acquisition, building and maintaining productive relationships with high‑volume, high‑value clients.
  • Relevant credit and sector knowledge; experience using digital tools to drive client outcomes.
  • Strong people skills, ethical behaviour and integrity.
