This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in building the systems, programmes, propositions and communities that enable leaders and teams to perform at their very best. As a Team Effectiveness & Leadership Programme Assistant Manager, you'll operate at the heart of our Team Effectiveness and Leadership agenda. Acting as the central point of orchestration across multiple initiatives, you'll bring together stakeholders, communities, suppliers and internal teams to ensure our propositions are innovative, scalable and deliver measurable business impact. You will play a key role in evolving our Team Effectiveness offer, embedding evidence-based approaches, leveraging technology and AI, and helping create the conditions for high-performing teams and leaders across the Group.
Key responsibilities include:
- Programme Leadership & Orchestration: Acting as the central point of orchestration across Team Effectiveness and Leadership Development activities, ensuring initiatives are aligned, coordinated and delivered effectively by providing oversight of priorities, plans, dependencies and delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Proposition Development & Innovation: Support the design, development and continuous evolution of Team Effectiveness propositions, frameworks, toolkits and Leadership Development programmes, ensuring solutions are practical, commercially focused, scalable and aligned to Group priorities.
- Communities, Capability & Stakeholder Enablement: Lead and evolve Communities of Practice that strengthen leadership, coaching and team effectiveness capabilities, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Measurement, Insights & ROI: Develop and evolve outcome-focused measurement frameworks for Team Effectiveness and Leadership initiatives, ensuring success is defined, tracked and evidenced through meaningful business impact rather than sentiment alone.
- Operational Excellence: Drive the effective delivery and scaling of Team Effectiveness and Leadership programmes through strong governance, programme management and operational excellence.

What we’re looking for:
- A passion for leadership development, organisational effectiveness and helping teams thrive.
- Strong experience and knowledge of Team Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Organisational Development or Occupational Psychology principles and their application within complex organisations.
- Experience designing, leading and continuously improving programmes, propositions or organisational interventions.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and build credibility across a wide range of audiences.

- Experience managing multiple priorities, balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery.
