What you’ll be doing

This is a critical leadership role with responsibilities that include owning the measurement framework for the Public Website, designing and delivering dashboards and communicating insights that inform strategic decision-making, and driving opportunity sizing and causal analysis to uncover high-impact initiatives. The role includes leading the development of advanced dashboards, championing robust taxonomies and tagging standards, and embedding a culture of insight-driven decision-making across teams. Ability to coach and empower others, combined with strong technical expertise in analytics and data engineering, is essential. Previous experience in digital analytics and performance measurement is desirable.

  • Measurement Framework Leadership: Design and evolve analytics systems and dashboards to deliver actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the Public Website team to inform priorities and to align insights with business objectives and growth ambitions.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Conduct opportunity sizing, causal analysis, and forecasting to uncover high-impact initiatives.
  • Taxonomy & Tagging Standards: Champion robust tagging frameworks and ensure data quality through proactive QA.
  • Insight-Driven Decision Making: Embed analytics into planning and prioritisation processes across teams.
  • Team Coaching & Leadership: Mentor analysts, fostering creativity and a culture of evidence-based decision-making.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in data engineering, dashboard automation, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Innovation & Scalability: Drive automation and scalable approaches to support continuous improvement and efficiency.
